"The Dreams our Stuff is Made Of," I think is the Disch title. I was somewhat disappointed in it, though it has good bits.

I just visited swordandsorcery.org and remembered that the talented SC Bryce had an article up there about about Wizardry and Wild Romance.

As soon as I figure out how to clone myself, I'll have swordandsorcery.org up and running again. Sad, really, how many tumbleweeds are blowing through there.

Delany would be worth talking about; also Moorcock's "Wizardry & Wild Romance"... although I'm not going to do that. The stuff I have is mostly notes on reading Le Guin 30 years later--the stuff I still find good, the stuff I thank maybe not so good. (Sounds exciting, eh?)

Will next week's remnants include Delaney's Jewel Hinged Jaw? Not always the easiest to slog through, though.

While it's not always literary criticism, something that is a "good read" is Disch's The Stuff Our Things Are Made Of, if only for its general irrascibility.
